3PAP program

For its own needs, the company has developed a program for production planning, monitoring, and analysis (3PAP program), which records the work and calculates the productivity of each individual worker, group, shift, or the entire company within any given time period. In addition to performance measurement, this system enables the detection of the root causes of errors during production, making error elimination significantly easier. This way, we are able to continuously improve the performance of the entire organization.


The Production Planning, Tracking, and Analysis Program (3PAP) emerged as a solution to address the issue of insufficient and outdated information in manufacturing. The 3PAP program receives data about employees, products, their revisions, and the tools used. After entering data into the 3PAP program, the entire company's statistics and precise performance data for each worker can be checked, which is the key to our organization.

Mechanical and electronic product inspection represent two key components in the process of ensuring product quality and reliability.

On the other hand, electronic product control utilizes electronics technology and sensors to monitor and control various aspects of the product. Electronic control enables automatic detection and correction of errors in real-time, reducing the risk of faulty products and increasing production efficiency.




Delivery is a crucial stage in the production process that marks the final step in the product creation chain. After the raw materials are processed, components assembled, and the product thoroughly quality-checked, it's time to deliver the product to the end user.
